Dear A-B Football & Cheerleader Parents,
 

The 2013 A-B Colonial football season is fast approaching and the program committee is hard at work on this year’s game program, which will contain photos of the players, cheerleaders, band, and Pop Warner.  Team rosters, directions to away games, schedules and ABMNQ sponsored events will also be a part of the program.
 

Your contribution to our program is needed! You can purchase a quarter page family ad in which you can place a picture of your son or daughter with a short message for $75, or a similar half page ad for $125. You can place a 60-character message in business card format to the team, a player or a cheerleader for only $50.

We have expanded our sponsorships for Blue and Gold (special page in book with your name listed) to the following levels:

• Champion $250 or greater

• All Star $100

• Fan $50

• Sponsor $30
 

SENIOR SHOUT OUTS:  Free to all seniors. Just as we did last year, our seniors will have an opportunity to say thanks in their own words to family, coaches, teammates, and friends in this year’s game program.  Please include this message of 30 words or less by email to Sarah Clabault s.clabault@verizon.net with the subject line “AB football Shout Out”.  
 

FAMILY ADS:  We strongly prefer that you send your ads by email, deadline August 9.  Emails should be sent to Sarah Clabault s.clabault@verizon.net with the subject line “AB football 2012 Family Ad”.  Ads should be saved as images or PDF’s (easiest formats are .jpg, .tiff or .pdf. ).  Please use high reslution photos 300dpi.

 

There will be a AB football program ad clinic on August 5th from 4-8 where you can stop by the Clabault’s house (32 Stoneymeade Way) with your material to format or review your ads that you already sent.  We would be happy to make your ad for you at any time prior to that date as well,  contact Sarah Clabault to set up a time.
